The top of a UsersWP profile is the UWP > Profile Header block, which holds the cover image (banner), the avatar and the user’s name. It has settings to hide the cover image or the avatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hide the cover with the profile header settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Find your profile page under UsersWP > General > Pages, then edit that page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. By default it contains [uwp_profile]<\/code>, which shows the profile header and then the profile tabs. Replace it with the two parts, so you can set options on the header.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Update the page and view a profile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the block editor you can use the UWP > Profile Header and UWP > Profile Tabs blocks instead and tick Hide cover image in the header block. To hide the avatar instead, use hide_avatar="1"<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
    Hide the cover with CSS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    If you would rather leave the page as it is, add this in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The avatar is placed to overlap the cover, so you may need to add some top margin to the header. The shortcode setting above adjusts the layout for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
    Profile tab settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    The tabs on profiles, such as About, Listings and Favorites, are managed in UsersWP > Form Builder > Profile Tabs. To remove the whole header from profiles, untick Display header in profile under UsersWP > General > Profile.
