Admin cannot edit users avatar or banner image from WP portal

    Hi,

    We’d like to edit some of our users avatars and banner images, however when we log into the WP portal of our website as an admin and click either “Change Avatar” or “Change Banner” (see screenshot attached) we simply get directed to the top of the page.

    Any ideas what’s going on here?

    That sounds like either your plugins are not up to date, or you have a conflict with some other plugin or your theme.
