GeoDirectory Integration broken?

Here are the steps for connecting UsersWP to GeoDirectory:
1. Install and Activate UsersWP
2. Go to UsersWP – Addons (tab) – GeoDirectory
3. Choose the settings you want and save
4. Go to UsersWP – Profile (subtab)
5. Choose the settings you want and save
6. Visit your profile at /profile/ to see the effect.

Unfortunately, when O go to #2, there is a broken icon. Even thought I have GeoDirectory v2 Installed already and it is properly functioning. Not sure what I am missing. I tried fully uninstalling UsersWP and re-installing it – that did not fix it. Advice?
