UserWp overwriting profile photo

    I use userwp form to register venues for geodirectory, however, for users of my website I use a separate plugin.

    When users register and upload a profile photo, it does not save. I contacted the support of the other plugin and they said it was usersWP overwriting it.

    Do you have any suggestions to fix this?

    Hello,

    Not sure which image you mean, do you meant he UsersWP profile photo?

    DIsplay of the photo depends a lot on the theme you are using.

    Can you share your site URL, and a User Profile URL, and then the page where you want the profile image displayed, so we can take a look at the issue.

    Hello,

    The site does not appear to be using UsersWP for login or for profiles, as I was logged in as the test user and the profile is for the ARM user.

    Please explain how the test user is supposed to edit their profile to recreate the issue you are describing.

    Hey,

    Yeah, in the armember profile area, which is under “My profile”,(as seen bellow) when you upload a profile photo, it does not save. I contacted armember as I thought it was an issue with their plugin. They said it was the “userwp” that was overwriting it and unable to save photo.

    OK, well, is this really an issue?

    It does not appear that you are using UsersWP at the moment.

    I am using userswp for venues to sign up to so they’re visible on geodirectory.

    I’ve tried disabling userswp, but it won’t uninstall. Do you have any suggestions? If I disable userswp will it affect venues registration?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You can deactivate the plugin? If you can, then once deactivated, remove it via FTP.

    Hello,

    I was able to deactivate it, not sure what the problem was.

    You have many plguins that are not yet updated, do update those as soon as possible.
