An error occurred while creating a new user! (Facebook social connect)

    Hi!

    In the latest weeks I realised that I was having no reviews and no new users.

    Luckily today, through my website´s Facebook, someone told me that he was unable to register as a new user and shared with me the screenshot. It seems that registered users can login via Facebook, but not the new users.

    This is huge issue for us, can you check what is wrong? It seems that people are trying to register via Facebook without success.

    Hi,

    We’d like to check on that for you, but the credentials get “You do not have permission to access this page.” on /wp-admin/

    Please validate the credentials and repost here.

    Also do check to make sure all your UWP plugins are up to date.

    I am still getting the same error.

    Please check the credentials yourself, and also send the URL where we should login.
