Hi,
I just installed, setup and started using Goedirectory v2 and Supreme Directory theme v2 and noticed when you click on the link to Add Place, it just says you must first login to post. You can see on this page here: https://shophawaii.me/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place (as you can see it does not provide the ability / link for someone to register and continue moving forward).
How can we add the ability for someone who has not yet registered to be able to register to then add their listing? Please explain.
Also, are these two plugins still compatible with GD v2 and Supreme Directory theme v2?

Thank you,
RobertJanuary 4, 2019 at 11:52 pm #3446WP super cache and AutOptimize are still compatible with GD V2 and UWP.
I will address your other question at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/map-not-loading-map-pin-listings-displaying/Thanks
January 5, 2019 at 7:54 am #3448Hi,
Currently, GDV2 uses the default login form if a user is not logged in. So you can add registration link either by using filter ‘login_form_bottom’ and adding a link to the registration page or you can add two menus in header one for logged in user and one for without login. For without login menu you should set the menu URL to the login page URL with a redirect_to link to add listing page like https://shophawaii.me/login/?redirect_to=https://shophawaii.me/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place.
Let me know if this helps.

PatrikJanuary 5, 2019 at 8:51 am #3449Hi Patrik,
There’s an obvious issue going on here with the redirects. Let me explain and show you…
If I use the redirect link you shared above while not logged in, it does provide the link to register, YES! But it does not redirect you to add a listing….it just leaves you hanging wondering what to do next. This is not user friendly at all. It should immediately redirect the user to what they were attempting to do….”Add A Listing”. This needs to be fixed because it leaves the user hanging wondering what to do next.
However, if you are logged in and try clicking on that link…..it just brings you to the page to “Edit Account”, not add a listing. You guys need to make this less confusing and lot more user-friendly for business owners who are extremely busy and not tech-savvy; that we’re trying to convince to pay to be listed in our directory.
This is nothing more than a slow-motion car crash….the business owner goes to add a listing, they then click on REGISTER, (thinking that they will be redirected to add their listing) only to be dumped on a page that leaves them hanging….(suddenly their phone rings, they answer their phone and get busy with a customer) and they finally just say the hell with this confusion.
January 5, 2019 at 8:55 am #3455I’ll post all of the other images here since you only allow one at a time…
This is where you get redirect to after registering….this is not an Add Listing page.
January 5, 2019 at 8:58 am #3458Here is an animated .gif showing you what happens after you register and login…this is not redirecting to Add Listing….it’s leaving the user sitting dead in the water and confused.

January 5, 2019 at 12:04 pm #3459Hi,
Kindly provide temporary admin credentials in private reply to look into settings. If possible provide FTP details as well so that we can do any quick fixes if required.

Can you please check if the login link after registration is redirecting back to the proper page or not?
Regards,
PatrikJanuary 7, 2019 at 3:03 pm #3472Sure,
Please give me about 30 more minutes to complete setting up the GeoMarketPlace and then I can test it.
Thank you,
RobertJanuary 7, 2019 at 3:07 pm #3473Here is what I’m first noticing that is very concerning….when you click on ADD LISTING, it takes you to this page https://shophawaii.me/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place BUT DOES NOT OFFER the ability to first register.
January 7, 2019 at 3:11 pm #3475No, it is not working.
January 8, 2019 at 6:42 am #3476Hi,
We are working on using UWP login form for add listing page if user not logged in and follow the redirection properly. We will let you know when it will be released. For now I have applied the solution I have provided in the above comments. Add the 2 menus with add listing page and custom add listing link with login URL I have give. I have used nav menu role plugin for condition to display list item.
Let me know if this works for you.
Regards,
