    Hello! I need to customize the mails that are sent, either in HTML or plain text, as well as for the activation of the accounts, the reset of the password and other emails.

    Is there a possibility to do this?

    On the other hand I can not translate the plugin emails that come by default.

    You can change the emails in UsersWP -> Emails (Tab) – Show advanced

    You can translate them using POEdit.

    Hello! Thank you very much for your answer.

    I made the translation with Loco Transalte and it works wonderfully in 90%, it happens that there are certain things that it is not translating:

    For example, shortcodes of emails and some notifications of error or accessibility in the forms.

    Should I do something special to translate that?

    You can translate them using POEdit.

    Loco Translate not always work well in our experience.

    Hi again!

    I See, but there some text like “Confirm email”, “Please check your email”, etc. that are not in the “.mo and .po”

    Also I do not find the email shortcode like “[#login_details#]” or “[#login_url#]” “in the translation files.

    Should I do something special to translate those texts?

    Hello again… Have you been able to see this? It was not possible for me to find how to do the translation since certain elements are not in the .mo / .po files

    The shortcodes themselves do not need translation. The text they place is in other strings.

    I will flag your question about the ‘confirm email’ text.

    I mean the text that shortcode use. Im not able to edit the text that shortcode renders.

    I can not find how to translate some form warnings either.

    Should I edit the PHP files?

    Hi,

    Can you specify the strings if possible which are not translatable by you? No need to translate the shortcodes like “[#login_details#]” and “[#login_url#]” because it should be same as it is in the email template and it will be replaced by content while sending an email.

    Sorry if I do not express myself very well, my English is limited

    1. I know that I should not translate the shortcode itself, I mean the text that apear in the mail that shortcode makes. Example: [#login_details#] = “Please activate your account :
    To activate your account, visit the following address:”

    2. All the Form Strings that I did translate, does not show in my lenguage, like:
    “Error: Invalid username or Password.”
    “ERROR: You must accept our terms and conditions.”
    “ERROR: Password must be 7 characters or more.”
    “Error: Email and Confirm email not match”
    “An email has been sent to your registered email address. Please click the activation link to proceed. Resend.”
    Etc.

    3. I made the translation with POEdit / Uninstall Loco / Clean up the Cache / and optimized and repaired Data Base. But the translations are still not done

    Strings that I Can not find:
    “Confirm Email” –> Reg Form
