Hi. I just downloaded and activated today. I deactivated the plugin a few hours after trying it. The login/register and lost password below the login/register button no longer show. How do I get them back?
June 10, 2019 at 5:04 am #4444Hi,
There should be a link to register and lost password below login form and link to login page below registration form. Also, you can override the templates login.php and register.php in your theme by creating a userswp folder and putting both the files there and customize as per your requirements. If this doesn’t help then let us know the Admin and FTP details so we can do troubleshooting and fix it for you.

PatrikJune 11, 2019 at 6:19 am #4454Those links are there and function properly with UsersWP. However, the links aren’t showing anymore after I deactivated UsersWP. The plugin caused a problem where the links no longer show on my site if I’m not using UsersWP. The links showed prior to installing and activating UsersWP.
June 11, 2019 at 6:23 am #4455Hi,
This should not happen in general case but let me know the site details so I can do some troubleshooting.

You don’t have UsersWP on your site. You are using Profile builder pro plugin for login and other forms. Can you explain in details with screenshot about how was your website before and after using UsersWP and what is broken by UsersWP plugin?
Regards,
PatrikJune 11, 2019 at 12:19 pm #4466I no longer have it on my site. I installed and activated it. I decided not to use it, so I uninstalled and deleted it. After that, the links didn’t appear anymore. I tried using other registration forms afterwards to see if they showed up and they didn’t show up with any other plugins anymore. I’m not sure what you are requesting a screenshot of. I do have one of the dashboard with UsersWP on it, but I don’t have one of the links. If I reinstall it and activate UserWP, the links will be there. But not with any other forms.

All plugins can have their own page for login and registration forms or pages so if the current plugin you are using has no links to login/register and lost password then it will not display below the form.
I am asking for the screenshot which shows how links were showing there below login/register form and gone after using UsersWP.

PatrikJune 11, 2019 at 1:12 pm #4470I didn’t save a screen shot of the links before it happened as I didn’t know that it would happen. No form will show the links anymore, only UserWP forms.
June 11, 2019 at 8:49 pm #4474Hello,
there seems to be a miscommunication here.
UsersWP will not have an effect on other plugins on your site.
The other plugin you are using for your login is intercepting requests for wp-login.php and is responsible for the login form you see on that login page you have linked above.
Once UsersWP is deactivated and deleted, then, there are no additional settings from UsersWP that will have an effect on your site.
Without having seen what it is you are after, I can only guess, but it sounds like you should check your current plugin settings for the option to show a registration page.
Here in this forum we provide support for UsersWP. For your other plugin you should seek support from the plugin author.
June 11, 2019 at 10:41 pm #4476I understand that in theory it should have no affect. However, in reality, I installed, activated and tried UsersWP on my site. I then uninstalled and deleted from my site. Now, the links are gone, and they were there with the other plugins I tried before I tried UsersWP. If I try those same plugins again, they aren’t there now. I take it that you aren’t familiar with it or know how to correct it. Thanks for responding.
