can you email members?

Hi guys
does userswp or its addons allow you to internally message a group of members based on tags that we apply to the user? I see the add on that enables users to connect, but this is more to internally message users based on tags in their user profile.

I think it’s doable, but maybe not with any addons you have.
So I just wanted to get your opinion.

For example, we want to send a message to all users who have a certain tag because they’ve requested to be notified. like they want to quote on a web design job. so any user who has that tag or is in that group can get a message, and it will appear in a widget like an inbox in their profile. And they an get notified of that via email.

I’d like to put a widget or shortcode on the member profile (cqan be in the sidebar, so not in the normal shortcode) where i use your addon that makes it like facebook where members can like each other, but also we can show recent messages taht they have received inside their member dashboard.

I think a full members plugin does this, but I don’t need to restrict any content. We basically just want to be able to internally message users by defined tags, and have the messages appear in their profile somewhere.

I thought I’d ask you first, befroe diggign through the plugins.
