Hello,
I just updated USERSWP – Recaptcha. Though, at the time of updating , it said “Plugin Activated Successfully” but it wasn’t.
However, I went to the Installed Plugins & found it it Deactive. Please see the screenshot. It says that Plugin Activated but also say that USERSWP plugin needs to be installed & activated – WHICH you can see it is.
Can you please look into this ASAP & help?
Thanks/Manish

February 4, 2020 at 10:04 pm #6957You can try deleting and then re-installing UsersWP.
As long as you don’t use any of the Uninstall options the user data will not be removed. If we need to take a look please share WP Admin and FTP credentials.

February 5, 2020 at 6:04 am #6969I have checked it and seen the issue you report.
However we cannot really look into it further without FTP or a staging site with FTP (preferable).

Recaptcha add-on checks for a UsersWP class exists or not while activating. But as you have many plugins on your site it might be possible some plugin is preventing the loading of the class or plugin at the time of activation and that’s why our add on can’t find the class and not activated. What I can do is temporarily remove that condition and activate the plugin and put the condition back to check if the plugin gets deactivated again or not.

February 5, 2020 at 9:11 am #6976Hi Patrik,
Could you check and remove the condition?
However, just out of curiosity, why was it working with the same plugins installed on the website? However, I do have some problems still in regards to the missing parameter on Registration and Login forms and it’s till open in another thread.
Hopefully, once this thread is sorted out, I will get back to you through the other thread.
Thanks/Manish
February 5, 2020 at 10:10 am #6979Hi,
I can’t connect using the given FTP. It’s showing Connection attempt failed with “ETIMEDOUT – Connection attempt timed out” error. Can you please check and let us know the working FTP.

PatrikFebruary 5, 2020 at 10:31 am #6980I also have found that the latest recaptcha update (ver 1.3.2) does not activate.
I tried deactivating W3Total Cache, but still does not activate.
I will have to revert to previous version. This one worked with the plugins I have installed.
February 5, 2020 at 10:46 am #6981Ok, we will change the condition then and see if it works for you. It might be related to site-specific but need to check if any plugin does that or not.
Regards,
Patrik -
