Hello,
I am getting this error when I try to login:
Error: You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value.But I don’t see a captcha on the form.
Please advise, as /wp-admin/ seems to be redirecting to the identity login page.

There isn’t a hook for that yet, but I will flag your question for the developers in case they have a workaround.

1. It looks like you already have some custom CSS in place to hide some features of the theme. You can try removing that to restore the native padding as in the demo: https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/
2. There is a fix coming soon in a normal update for UsersWP. If you are in a hurry to add the tabs you can reply with FTP information and we can install a patch for you.
Have you tried turning off the sidebar for the page?
If you can’t do that with the template, then you could change to a ‘Page’ and try a template without a sidebar.
Per the release notes, try using one or the other, either login_details OR reset_link:
