Hello,
I can see the problem strings in the forget password email.
This shortcode
[#reset_link#]
will only work in the forgot password link email.
Please post FTP access and also zip up your PO file and attach the zip here and we will check it out.
Thanks
July 5, 2018 at 10:43 pm in reply to: Unable to translate "Forgot password" notification email #2568Hello,
sorry for the late reply, I am afraid I missed your post!
I have flagged your question for the developers to followup.
Can you post your site URL and WP Admin in a private reply so we can take a look at the settings?
Are you using WPML right now?
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
some GD Plugins are still out of date.
Please install WP Easy Updates to see which ones.
Translation files place in the wp-content/languages/plugins and wp-content/languages/themes folder will not be overwritten. All translation files in use should be placed there.
I know that this is a known bug, we fixed it on a site yesterday.
I also know that the fix can only be relied upon to work if all the plugins are up to date.
Please install WP Easy Updates and update all your GeoDirectory and UsersWP plugins.
I will also flag your topic so that the developers will follow up with the fix to be applied to your updated site.
Thanks
Ah I see!
Did you already try and select them from the UsersWP Profile settings – Select which tabs to display?
If so, and there is an issue, please make a private reply to include site details and we will take a look to find the issue.

June 29, 2018 at 10:09 pm in reply to: Changing tabs Not Working and GeoDirectory Tabs Not Displaying #25461. Is it possible to disable users from changing the banner image? I.E. set a default banner and the user not be able to change it.
You can try hiding the trigger (and the fa camera) with custom CSS.
2. Is it possible to set a tab to only display if a user has items in that tab? I.E. if the user has listings, the Listens tab displays. But if not, then it doesn’t show.
This is not possible at this time, but something we are considering for future versions.
June 28, 2018 at 10:36 am in reply to: Changing tabs Not Working and GeoDirectory Tabs Not Displaying #2541I can confirm this on my test site too.
I will flag it for the developers to look into it.
Can you provide WP Admin and FTP details for your site for further inspection?

FTP Password:the pretty url only uses the last word. Ideally it would automagically remove the space upon leaving that field and the pretty url would be consequently be the two words combined. Is this something you guys can do?
URL is generated from the Username field. Username is required field for the registration form. It must be set to Active and Required for the registration form. It does not allow spaces.
In the case of the user you mentioned it is most likely that ‘shelby’ was entered as the username.
cool if the text in this field said “Display Name and Pretty Url” instead of just “Display Name” because it is after all the pretty url and I’m sure a lot of people will want to know that.
This can be changed with translation.
