    I only ask to look at your website because I cannot re-create that on my test sites.
    Without seeing the admin area of your website, we cannot determine what the problem is, so we cannot provide a fix.
    It is most likely a conflict with your theme, but we need to check on your site.

    Like I said, I de-activated “Admin Custom Login” plugin, and also set
    UsersWP > Pages > Login > Redirect wp-login.php? > Yes
