Not an easy way, but the next version (planned release tomorrow) has a new option to exclude certain users, maybe this helps you?

We will be adding options for that in the next release to be able to change the default images.
User names are not considered a secret in WP, there are many ways to find them.
We have no specific BF prevention, there are many plugins out there that do that if you feel you need it.Thanks,

Most themes display the author of the and a link to the author page, this is also included in user comments, so its freely available in many places in WP.
