Adding Listing without Registration – Password problem

    Hey. I have a little problem. I’m using GeoDirectory with UsersWP. I’m receiving all emails from Geo, but I’m not receiving mails from UsersWP. I’m adding a Listing without registration so i think i should receive email with password. When i’m trying to receive email called “I forgot password” i see a message that “Email send successfull” but i’m not getting it on my email inbox. I’ve changed main email in WP General Settings and then – “I forgot password” is working.

    But i still don’t know how to send emails with password to my clients when they are adding Listings without registration.

    Have you already installed an email log plugin?
    Please try that to verify that the email is being created.
    Make sure to check the spam folder too, of course.

    Hey! Thanks for reply.

    So, maybe there’s situation that Geodirectory creates new User (even when i’m adding a Listing without registration i see that new User is created) but it doesn’t create password? I think it should send for my new created User a password for him to log in in Future.

    I’ll Check e-mail logs.

    For the GeoDirectory feature to add a listing without login, that does create a user ‘silently’ and that user is assigned as the author of the listing.

    If you are looking for email then you should use UsersWP links to register the user officially.

    Ok thanks. So GeoDirectory creates users ‘silently’, but what about password for their account?

    It is set, but not sent. They should use the forgot password option to reset it.
