Hi Jeff,
All the time I register with bio content in Vegan Story field in the registration form, it displays full content in the profile bio tab. Also, I tried to change it from the account form and still no issues. I would suggest you create a new custom field with HTML field type instead of using biofield for the vegan story.

PatrikOctober 4, 2018 at 3:03 am #3012I don’t understand what you’re suggesting, HTML field type? There is only a text field type. This is really setting me back. I know it’s not your fault but this is now several days of preventing me from being able to really use the site. I can’t ask people to join a site if the fields are broken. There’s another issue too and I don’t know if it’s related. Users are linked to events and listing but not the listing/event isn’t linking back to the user.
Can you help me by creating this HTML field and placing making it display in the first tab order and placing all the original bios in the new bio fields? I ask because I wonder if this is something you know how to do quicker and easier via the backend/in the database or something?
October 4, 2018 at 4:11 am #3014I may have fixed the other issue now. So, really it seems at this point the only issue is this bio field. I’m really looking forward to resolving this because I think I would like to buy into this plugins set so my users can do more, like post, interact more, etc… ! 🙂
October 4, 2018 at 7:59 am #3015Hi Jeff,
I have made changes in DB structure again. Let me know if it works or not. I am not sure why there is an issue with other users but when I created a profile by registering it displays whole content. I need steps to regenerate and trace the issue.

PatrikOctober 4, 2018 at 9:32 pm #3016What about the fact that I removed the bio via admin (see image) but it’s still showing on the front end? https://veganlinked.com/profile/adriennewilliams/bio/
October 4, 2018 at 9:59 pm #3018And what about the suggestion you made to make an HTML field? I shared an image of how I don’t see where that is an option.
October 5, 2018 at 3:40 am #3019I inquired with my hosting provider and they looked all they could. I still don’t know what to do. I really want to move past this. Can you help me somehow? Between this, GD, and experimenting with V2 I am wore out. All this testing and fixing and testing and fixing has been going on for over 6 months. It’s killing me! I just want to get to where I’m actually using the site creating content and getting people to join! There must be something UWP can do to help resolve this so I may move forward.
October 5, 2018 at 5:22 am #3023Hi Jeff,
What about the fact that I removed the bio via admin (see image) but it’s still showing on the front end?
We have another table uwp_user_meta for storing custom fields data of user meta. So on removing bio from the account will only remove it from the profile.
For HTML field, we will work on it but the problem is not due to the field. It’s due to a table structure where only 255 chars are only stored for texarea even I changed it to long text.
We can definitely help you if we regenerate the issue from our side. If possible create a small video of registering the new user with bio and going to profile tab where it shows cut which will help us to regenerate issue.

PatrikOctober 5, 2018 at 2:56 pm #3025I cannot recreate this issue. These were genuine users that joined the site and I just happened to see this issue way after the fact.
Is there something else you can do, like create a new field for this bio somehow, repopulate it with all the content for each user, and then remove the old bio field that appears corrupt?
