Locked out (after upgrading to new version 1.0.8 on 10 Oct 2017)

    Hello,

    I am locked out of the system after upgrading to the new version on 10 Oct 2017. On the front-end login or registration forms, the UID and Password (or any text input) fields do not appear. It only shows the Login button (Please see attached screenshot). Clicking it returns an error message – ‘Invalid userid or password’. Is there a way for admins to bypass the plugin’s forms or another way to fix this?

    Okay, the cPanel allowed me to disable UsersWP plugin and I could log back in. I re-activated the plugin and things look fine for now. But the plugin behavior (after upgrade) was strange.

    Could it happen if someone tries to access wp-admin URL directly (like I did before it locked me out)?

    @giri i am guessing the upgrade function failed to fire, if we have any more reports of this please investigate.

    It could just be my site. Later this evening, I had these kind of errors (while disabling plugins one by one trying to troubleshoot an unrelated problem). I have fixed these but thought of sharing it here. Just in case it helps in your assessment.
