More Info Tab is not rendered anymore after last UsersWP update

    Hello Support Team,

    the tab More Info is not rendered anymore after the last UsersWP update.
    I have checked all the settings, deleted all the caches, but nothing changed.

    I can not explain why. Would you like to take a look to this case?

    Hi,

    Please check, I have added more info as a tab from the form builder for tab. If there is any data to display in the tab then only the tab will be displayed. I have added the social link URLs in my profile which are the fields displayed in the more info tab and when I checked on the profile, it is displaying the more info tab with the data.

    Hi @patrik and thank you for checking this. I see it now, the social fields are under the More Info Tab and the tab is visible now. I added the social fields yesterday, so they are new added.

    Actually I want to show the bio field there. And the bio field has more output locations selected (more info tab, user list, profile). But the bio field it is not visible an any location. So the problem is not with the More Info Tab, but with the bio field. The bio field was there before the update to v2. Would you like to check this too?

    Hi @patrik, something is still not OK.

    I removed the alternative of Alex with the shortcode, and removed the social fields from the More Info Tab and now the Tab disappeared again and the bio field too. The tab appears again on the frontend, when I add another field to the output location More Info Tab, like Facebook but not the bio field.

    And the bio field is gone again from all output locations. Just after removing the other fields from the More Info Tab output location.

    Would you like to check this again? Thank you a lot for your help!

    Hi,

    I have fixed the bio field. Please check and let me know if you find any issues. If you find any issues then just mention the steps you are following which is generating the issue so I can look into that as well.

    Hi @patrik, and thank you for the temporary fix.

    The Steps to reproduce this are:
    1. Remove an output location of the bio field (e.g. user list), the More Info Tab is still selected.
    2. Save the new settings of the bio field
    3. Reload a user profile and you’ll see, that the tab More Info is gone too.

    So any change and save of the bio field will reproduce this Bug on my site. Now the More Info Tab is gone again.
