More Info Tab is not showing up

    Hello,

    I have WP version 5.3.2 and UsersWP version 1.2.1.4

    In the Form Builder under account a added extra Standard fields and with all fields (also the normal user fields provided by WP) i configured that the have to be shown on the userpage, more info tab, profile side (non bootstrap and fieldset (wich i have none, but just to be sure to display it everywere). They are also (almost) all active.
    On the profile tabs i added the more info tab, as well as the posts and reactions tab (which i actually don’t need, but just to see if all tabs are not displayed).
    On the front end for a profile a see the posts tab and the reactions tab, but not the more info tab.
    I allready disbaled all other plugins to test, but that didn’t work, so it’s not a conflict.

    This is the profile page for an (admin) user, for which i filled out all profile fields, including the extra ones: https://afbouwworld.eu/profiel/webalot/

    Also on the users page, i don’t see any information but the banner, avatar and the user title.

    Also the author box isn’t showing much information, not even the user title …

    The user for which i filled out all the fields is “webalot”.

    I have a support admin user if you want to take a look in the backend if you wish.

    Allready found the problem with the author not showing in the author box, the correct field for that was not filled out for the user.
    Other problems still exist …

    Hi,

    This is not an issue. The tab is not displaying because there are no data for the tab. I have added the data to a few of the fields from the edit account page and you can check that the more info tab is displaying. So if there is no output/data in the tab then it will be not displayed.

    Hi Patrik,

    I really thought i entered the data for user webalot, i’m so sorry i didn’t.
    But … also the normal WP user fields, like first name and surname, username, displayname and emailaddress are configured to show in the more info tab ande the userpage in the formbuilder. But those data are not shown in the frontend on the more info tab nor the userpage.
    Can you clarify that for me please?

    Hi,

    Those are the default fields and used to for user’s identification and those fields are used to display the info about the user which registered. If you still want to display them then let me know and I can do some customization to use them.

    Hello,

    Because i could choose to display them on the info tab and userpage in the formbuilder, i expected them to show up there. I need this data in the info tab and userpage, and i think it is overdone to make extra fields for them so they will show up. So if you could do the customizing for that, i would be very thankfull!

    Can you inform me of the customizations you did when done please?
