    Hi there,

    There are pre-sale questions:

    1. Does your plugin have an option to create custom tabs?
    2. If yes, can I paste shortcodes in those custom tabs?
    3. Also, if your plugin have an option to create custom tabs, can those be assigned to certain roles where only for example clients see those tabs and subscribers not?
    4. Is this forum the only place where you offer support? Do you use a ticketing system where I can just send you an email?
    5. What is your SLA to reply to premium users/customers?
    6. Regarding lifetime licence, what does “auto-renewing” and “price lock” mean?

    6. All memberships (except lifetime) renew periodically (auto-renewal). Price lock means that as long as you continue to renew on-time the price will stay the same.
