Questions about uploading files

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We added a “File Upload” on the user registration page, but we found that after the file was uploaded by new user, we could not find the file.

    We want to know where we can find the files uploaded by users after the files are uploaded

    They are added to the …/wp-content/uploads/current-year/current-month/ folder.

    May I know how can I find a file of “File Upload” or “wp-content/uploads/current-year/current-month/folder” in graphical user interface of World Press ?

    You can find the files using FTP, see image 1.

    Or you can install the File Manager plugin, then you can browse the files from the WP Admin area: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/

    You can also find the files in the profile of each user in the WP Admin area:
    Users > All users > Edit any of the users.
