Registration success email not being sent

    Hi,

    I’m configuring the notifications for the user registration process on my website. When a user signs up to the website, they receive the Registration activate email, however after they click the activation link in that email and log in successfully, they don’t receive the Registration success email.

    Any ideas why? I’m happy to provide my URL/login details for you to have a look at.

    The system sends only one email on activation and registration.

    Right, however how come in the UsersWP>Notifications section it has a whole list of Email Notifications? (See attached image)

    They get used depending on how you set UsersWP up: with activation or not etc.

    Sure that makes sense, so what exactly do I have to enable in UsersWP to ensure that the registration success email is sent to the user?

    The activation email and the registration success email are combined.
    The activation email does not require further registration, a user is already created.

    If you want the registration email only to be sent, then turn off activation, so email verification is not required. Then a registration success email will be sent and the user can log in straight away, without activating/confirming the email address.
