Hi, I just ftp’ed up latest versions (both UsersWP and UWP_Geo), over writing previous versions installed, and now, in the user area, the only info I see are posts and comments, BUT it is showing 0 posts, even though there are several. Looked at both, a Subscriber account and in my admin account at front end. Screenshot attached.
Then I changed out these plugin names via ftp, and installed via WP backend, then deleted old. Still same issue.
Also, it is showing 6 comments in Subscriber acct, though there is only 1. It is showing 2 in my admin acct. and there are none. Also, as admin, it is only showing one post under Uncategorized, though as admin, I have entered quite a few under different cpt’s (that were showing before).
It was all working well prior to updating to latest versions.
Also, when I do a page check under geo/tools, it says that the login page does not exist, but there is a page named “login” with shortcode, [uwp_login]. Not sure this is related, or a different issue.
Sigh, so, I am stumped :)! Any ideas? and thanks for these plugins.
using PHP 5.6.31

Thanks,

#1. The GD items not showing is because we moved setting under UWP>Profile>Choose the tabs to display in Profile
#2. The comment count seems to be a bug with WP Invoicing, i’ll look into this.
#3. Login page seems to exist when i run the tool.

July 18, 2017 at 7:24 pm #52Thanks for your help! Sorry, I did not notice the change (#1)
Regarding 3. Yes, I went in yesterday and decided maybe saving permalinks would help (and then the page was “found” in tools). I noticed that there was no assigned page for the Login page and assigned. But now, I am seeing multiple forms when I go to login (as a subscriber). I can not delete the page in permalinks to see if this is why this is happening. Attached.
Thanks again.
July 18, 2017 at 9:54 pm #54In addition…
Invoice Tab: For my subscriber acct. I have several unpaid invoices as I am just testing. Under the invoice tab, it shows 0. Whereas I added a sidebar for user links (prior to your updated versions) and if I click on that, it shows all unpaid invoices. Shouldn’t the invoice tab portion show all paid and unpaid invoices?
Thanks
July 19, 2017 at 1:55 pm #56Yes, what user account is this, can you provide login and i’ll test.
FYI #2 has been fixed and will be in the next release.

For the double login, you should make sure the GD login page is not set to the UWP login page.
Thanks,

July 19, 2017 at 7:08 pm #65Never Mind the below, I just changed out the name for the UsersWP login page.
——————————————I have the GD login page as draft. Just to make sure, can I delete it? or rename it and then use it in permalinks? I did change it out, in permalinks, to a different page but still saw the multiple forms.
Thanks for the other fixes!!!
July 19, 2017 at 11:10 pm #67Hi,
you can delete it or just leave it as is. The important thing is that the UWP login page and the GD login page are not the same and the system will use the UWP login page.
Thanks
