Users Can't Log in using Laptop/Desktop

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Users can only log in using their phones but not their laptops. How can I resolve this?

    If you share WP Admin credentials in a private reply then we can also check the settings.

    I have cleared my cache. We’ve also tried logging in using different devices. Even users are complaining they can’t log in using their desktop/laptop. Once you login you’re meant to be redirected to the dashboard, instead, it keeps reloading the homepage thereby making the dashboard inaccessible.

    Works fine for me. I suggest you try deleting all caching and try a different caching plugin like WP Super Cache: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/wp-super-cache/
