Issue with email notifications

    Please install the email login plugin to check if the emails are being created.

    If they are not being created, please share WP Admin credentials and we will take a look.

    Hi Alex

    Plugin is installed. What I have to do?
    I tried to resend activate email. Mail is not sent and no log.

    Register as a user and see if the email you are looking for is shown in the log. You can do that for any email you question

    Hi,

    It seems the emails are not sent from your website. I would suggest you to either contact your hosting provider or use SMTP plugin. I have tried to send emails from different ways from your site but those are not sent and also not displayed in the email logs. If the emails are working from your hosting then I would suggest troubleshooting by deactivating all the plugin and try to activate one by one and check which is causing the conflict. I recommend doing this on your staging site so your live customers will not be affected.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I do not understand what is happening. Form emails from geodirectory are sent, those generated from the contact form too. Only confirmation emails, account activation, forgotten password are not.

    I have tested email with Easy WP SMPT and it’s working. It seems it’s not a provider issue. If a plugin is causing conflict, it’s only with USERWP?
