I have been facing the “Column change failed, you may have too many columns.” same issue like(https://userswp.io/support/topic/lost-user-info-too-many-columns-form-builder/) and PHP version is greater 7+ version. How can I resolve the issue?
Also, I could see only 2 columns.. first and last name on interface. However, I even can’t find fields data on backend http://driverstation.in/users/?uwp_layout=3col&uwp_sort_by=newer
I have checked:
– DB is fine, per customer support guys
– WP version 5.2.3
– My UsersWP version is 1.0.23
– Latest UsersWp has some UI issue, so using this version(would upgrading and back downgrading made this issue?)September 7, 2019 at 10:11 am #5109Hello,
In most cases this is a limitation of the host on the DB they offer.
We can look into the issue with database access.

September 10, 2019 at 9:34 am #5133Hi,
Yes, upgrading and downgrading may have caused the issue. I have checked on admin side and I don’t see any error while modifying or creating a new field in form builder. Can you please let us know the steps to regenerate the issue so that we can help you to resolve it?

The admin user has only values for first name and last name and that is why only 2 fields are displaying. The other fields don’t have values. If values are empty then it will not display the field anywhere in profile.
User can fill the value from the account form or while registering if the fields are available in a registration form while creating from the form builder.

PatrikSeptember 11, 2019 at 12:44 pm #5149Hi Patrik,
Thats not the case here.. I have all field added on the registration form(http://driverstation.in/my-account/). I have hundreds of registration completed successfully earlier. All the values filled on the form were showing on the output user interface profile page.
After the version update, the data is missing on backend and frontend as well. (also, later version has some issue with the UI for me. I even tried with different theme).
I even tried updating the fields from backend for the admin user now. Still the values neither appear backend nor frontend.
I was suspecting that there is some issue with the database connection. Hence, I have shared the database credentials with you.
Thanks,
