The lightbox will apply to menu links and the links on the add listing page. Are they not working in those locations? Have you set the option?

That is not a current feature, no, but I will take it up as a suggestion for the developers to consider for future versions.

UsersWP doesn’t have any features related to role yet, but we are planning on adding them. We also plan to add more features around sorting but we haven’t done that yet. What it comes down to is that what you are asking isn’t possible at this time without a customization.
