Yikes, this is tragic if people can’t login or register. I’ve spent countless hours every week and many many thousands of dollars for two years networking, traveling, videographing, editing, promoting, etc… all pointing to my site, the last thing I need is for that to foil it all. I hope that’s not the case with my site and all this can get fixed and begin working solid quick! 🙁
I received this email a few days ago:
“I have tried five times to become a member of your community but the system keeps coming up with another reason why they won’t accept my password. It is getting very frustrating and I don’t know what the problem is.”
And “I created a user name and password but every time I try to sign in I get a prompt that says invalid user name or password. I even started all over and the same thing happened. I just don’t get what’s going on. I know I had a lot of difficulty with the captcha photos because they were not very clear.”
And “I just tried it again and the same thing happened.”
But when I test it everything seems to work, quirky and not easy, but it works. She was using a mac and safari though. When I use my pc i have problems with firefox and google. So, it’s not working well at all on my end using a pc and may be even worse on a mac/safari. My wife has a mac, I’m about to test it on there and will follow up…
