This isn’t a known issue. We would need to check into it on your site. Please share WP Admin and FTP credentials and the location of the logs we should check to see those reports.
This has not been added to UsersWP yet, but we are considering adding it in the future. I have taken this up as a suggestion and made a note for the developers.

The latest version of UWP has a shortcode for that:

Hello,
there are a wide variety of plugins you can find on WordPress.org to hide the admin bar. Our plugin doesn’t have an option for that.
