At this time Users meta cannot be imported. This is something the developers are interested in adding, but it has not been the priority yet.
I will flag your topic for them so they can share an update when it becomes available.
UsersWP form builder does not have IF/else conditions.
We can take a look at that, please write back with WP Admin and FTP so we can debug the issue.

I have flagged your question for the developers.
The text area field type will preserve line breaks in the editor, but they are stripped out for display.
The concept for using a text area field is something like:
Bio (text area field label)
“One sentence describing your story” (description)Only HTML fields allow additional HTML formatting tags (br, strong, em etc). UsersWP does not currently have an HTML custom field available in the form builder.
Per the release notes, try using one or the other, either login_details OR reset_link:

login is login, meaning that it doesn’t really matter how a user logs in, whether it is the theme form or the UsersWP form.
That said, perhaps there is another issue. Are you trying to redirect the user when they login via that theme form? Or is some field missing from that form? Maybe you want to redirect them to the UsersWP form for registration?
We are taking a look at this on the test site and a developer will post back with an update.
To assign additional roles we recommend the “Members” addon.

Members can do quite a lot. In general our idea ia to try to focus on integration of this type with free plugins.
