We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello, we are getting this error when trying to edit a user in the WordPress dashboard. Any idea what might be going on?
    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).sortable is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (users-wp-admin.min.js:1)

    When we deactivate UsersWP the Edit User loads fine.

    Everything was working fine, the only thing we tried was to use this plugin.

    We have since deactivate this plugin and the problem persists.

    We can take a look at that, please write back with WP Admin and FTP so we can debug the issue.
