    Hi @patrik, and thank you for the temporary fix.

    The Steps to reproduce this are:
    1. Remove an output location of the bio field (e.g. user list), the More Info Tab is still selected.
    2. Save the new settings of the bio field
    3. Reload a user profile and you’ll see, that the tab More Info is gone too.

    So any change and save of the bio field will reproduce this Bug on my site. Now the More Info Tab is gone again.

    Hi @patrik, something is still not OK.

    I removed the alternative of Alex with the shortcode, and removed the social fields from the More Info Tab and now the Tab disappeared again and the bio field too. The tab appears again on the frontend, when I add another field to the output location More Info Tab, like Facebook but not the bio field.

    And the bio field is gone again from all output locations. Just after removing the other fields from the More Info Tab output location.

    Would you like to check this again? Thank you a lot for your help!

    Hi @patrik and thank you for checking this. I see it now, the social fields are under the More Info Tab and the tab is visible now. I added the social fields yesterday, so they are new added.

    Actually I want to show the bio field there. And the bio field has more output locations selected (more info tab, user list, profile). But the bio field it is not visible an any location. So the problem is not with the More Info Tab, but with the bio field. The bio field was there before the update to v2. Would you like to check this too?

    Yes, I have used the custom fields and I like it very much to work and play with the v2.

    I try to be more clear, I ask if there is a way how to override the existing website field of the author/user in WP.

    First I decided for the role contributor, then changed to subscriber and UsersWP forms in order to reduce and simplify the user frontend. And now some users have the website link and others not. And I want to add this field with UsersWP and override the original in WordPress.

    The existing UsersWP fields override other WP user fields like name, email, etc. Is there some reason, why there is no UsersWP custom field to override the WP user website field?

    That website field value is used in the comments widget, when I click on the user name then I open its website. I think, that adding a link field, will not manage this functionality. Or am I wrong?

    Hi Patrik,

    thank you for your work and your good support. I’ll try to explain again, what I mean. Under the general WordPress settings I have the default role subscriber, that is OK. The users aren’t allowed to see the backend, they will interact just with the forms of UsersWP. But like that anyone would be able to add listings after registration. The workflow should be:

      new user registers as subscriber, can access just the account form
      user is first checked
      user will be updated to author, can access all the UsersWP forms

    Do you think, that I still have to use the hooks, since someone will have to check them manually?

    It would be nice to have this option in UsersWP, but you are the one who knows, if this is easy to implement and if this makes sense after all. The idea to use just the forms of UsersWP is great and makes the user interaction much easier, but I need a way to stop the spammer and since some specific directories aren’t open to any user, to take first contact with the user.

    Just a spontaneous question, could help me in anyway to do this the Payment Manager ?

    Do you know about a roles plugin working well with GeoDirectory?

    2. In my opinion it is not optimal to use 2 different strings for the same function. We have it also on the form. Maybe it is better to use the same string for the users, having cover photo on the form and in all other strings visible to the users and to use banner and/or cover photo for the backend. A litle confusion is still a confusion :), I do not know… What do you think about that?

    Hi Patrik and thank you for the quick answers. I still have some related questions.

    2. But isn’t it the same as the banner? I see on the user frontend the symbol to change the cover photo, but this is just the banner. I know just of 2 images for a user: profile image and the banner image. Or am I wrong?

    3. Invalid modal type – this is hard to understand and translate, could you maybe update the string to a more clear string, about what is happening?

    6. OK, (r) is for recurring invoice = wiederkehrende Rechnung (w) in German, is there some documentation about that for the admin? How does someone know that (r) stays for recurring?

    7. I could not reproduce them, I don’t know what kind of mistake should I make in order to reproduce them 🙂

    Thank you Kor, please set your last post as private, since I don’t want to make the dev server public. You’ll find the credentials in another post of this thread.

    The problem is, that the user can not click on the link Change Cover Photo when trying to change the banner image.

    An yes, that is another problem, that on the users list we have banners with different height.

    Hi Kor,

    thank you for your snippet. Actually I would like to have the max-height over 200, for some reason this is not working, the height is constrained by some other div. But it looks now better, I’m not sure if this is optimal:
