I can’t. I’m working on a local developer’s copy via Instant WordPress. It’s definitely a problem with the plugin, though, because the Users menu reappears when I deactivate it.

For now, I’m working around the problem by bookmarking the Users page (which isn’t actually gone). If you think it’ll help, I can DM you a list of the plugins I’m using.
