So I was able to see the two new fields on the form builder but you have a few major bugs.
1. Upon registration the Site Address filed needs to show the main site domain after it. Otherwise the user has no clue what to input. It should be like it is on the default WP MU registration page (field.site.com).
2. After creating my user the form had an error displayed but I was redirected away from that form so I had no clue there was an error until I opened the register form again. This needs to be corrected so there’s no redirection if there’s an error.
3. And this last bug is the main one. Upon creating my account the user is registered on the main site instead of their own subsite.
It activated successfully but I do not see the default fields that allow user to create a sub-site on the register form.
Did you have any luck figuring out the issue?

What file do I edit and what code do I need to change?
This reply has been marked as private.Well the way it is now I can not redirect user with Admin roles to their wp-admin dashboard. The redirect plugin you suggested does not work because UserWP is using the redirect hook. How do I set it to use WP default?
This reply has been marked as private. When you navigate to admin.php?page=userswp&tab=general§ion=login in the dropdown menu that lets you select which page to redirect a user after they login. There is no way to deselect the choice to blank so that WP default rules is used.
Peter’s Login Redirect plugin is good but it does not work with UserWP because once I set a Login redirect in the drop down menu I can not deselect it to allow default WP redirect rule. There is a bug in UserWP >General>Login
