2 we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. You must ask for support to the plugin author.

You need this plugin if you want users to create products: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-vendors/ (Alex told you twice about it)
That’s not the only solution. There other free plugin that turn WooCommerce into a marketplace and there are also premium plugins like the official solution for WooCommerce : https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/

I just did a quick test installing WooCommerce + WC Vendors and our WooCommerce integration for UserWP and I can confirm that it’ll also create a product tab showing all products from each user.
