when moving the database, did you use a plugin like “better search and replace” to change URLs on the DB?

please go to Appearance > menus > UsersWP Endpoints.
You’ll find :
1 Logged-In links – not visible to visitors who are not logged in.
2 Logged-Out links are not visible to users who are logged in.
It should be self-explanatory.
Let me know if anything is not clear.
This is obviously a Wordfence problem. Please ask for support to them.

thanks for that, but uploading it on github is not really as helpful for us.
We can’t verify translations (unless we speak the language), that’s why we ask to upload it on WordPress.org, because on wp.org they will be validated by a mother tongue.
Did you try disabling the cache for the login page? Did you ask for support to wp rocket to see if they have any suggestions too?
