Hi,
The header is a part of the theme and you can create multiple headers and use them in the page templates. You can use condition to display header on the page template as per your membership condition.
Also, there can be only one profile page by our plugin but we have shortcodes to use on any pages. You can create another profile page using those shortcodes but you have to call that profile page by the link in the menu and UsersWP will consider the profile page which is assigned via UsersWP->Settings->General->User Profile Page.

You can remove this condition https://github.com/UsersWP/userswp/blob/80474533b0b32ee1515b2f8cf1a99eb22112572a/admin/settings/class-formbuilder.php#L1204. This will allow you to delete the field from the form builder. You can delete the Bio field and then revert the changes in code. Let me know if this helps!

This happens on a few sites and it can be fixed either by taking the help of the hosting provider or delete the bio field via code and then recreate it. If you don’t want that field then I can delete it from code for you and if you want to keep it then you must contact the hosting provider with the error message you are getting.

Are you talking about the “Bio” field? If yes then it is default field so you can’t delete from the backend but you can deactivate it using the option “Is Active” in the form builder. Let me know if you want to delete the field then I can do that via code and I will require admin and FTP details for that in private reply.

I am not able to access the plugins page on admin side using above login details. Also, I would like to troubleshoot the site so it will require deactivation of the plugin to find the conflicts. Do you have a staging site where I can do the troubleshooting and fix the issue without affecting your live site users? There are some PHP errors showing on 404 page. So there must be a conflict that needs to fix.

The issue seems to be due to WordPress updates. I would suggest you deactivate the UsersWP plugin and then try to login to admin which can ask for the email confirmation by WordPress. Once you complete this step, you can do login and activate the UsersWP plugin. Now, your issue will be resolved. Let me know if you want me to do this on your live site.

We have found the issue and will fix it soon. For now, you can try changing the setting from Settings->AyeCode UI->Load JS to some other setting which will resolve your issue.

The issue was due to a plugin called “SecuPress Free – WordPress Security”. There is a setting in that plugin Modules->Users & Connection->Stop the user enumeration which needs to be disabled to get the username of the users. I have disabled it and the issue is resolved.

Kindly provide the FTP details in private reply so that we can troubleshoot the issue without updating the UWP version on your site before the fix. Also, provide the screenshot of the issue and the console error to get more idea about the issue.
