You may need to create a test user on the site and log in as that user to see all of the account facets. In admin mode, the account and profile pages don’t display quite the same way.

I think I have everything pretty close to where it needs to be. I need to run some more tests yet. However, the “More Info” tab in the profile does not display, no matter what I do. I saw a thread from April that mentions this issue, but the plugin has changed since then and no longer has the options mentioned in the thread.

Any idea what is the issue?

Wow! That process really messed things up. I had the site nearly ready to launch. I might have to revert to a backup, but I need a way to fix this error without destroying my site. :/
