Account Page submit 'Account Update' returns 404

Hi,

I am getting a 404 error when trying to save changes on the Account page. The changes are being saved. Should it be redirecting to the Profile page upon “Account Update” submit?

The page should simply refresh.

We can look into it if you can share WP Admin credentials in a private reply.
