Cannot install plugin

Hi, no matter how many times I try the plugin will not install. I get the following error:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Could not copy file. /var/www/vhosts/search4small.co.za/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/userswp/LICENSE.txt

Plugin installation failed.

Return to Plugin Installer

If I try searching from plugin installer it also fails.
Please help.
