Can't remove duplicate fields in Registration Form

    I keep getting invalid username on my registration form when i run it, even though the field is missing on the registration popup. There are multiple duplicate fields and I can’t remove them. See Attachment. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Go to the Account tab, and remove or de-activate or edit the setting that adds them to them the registration tab.
    If the fields are active in the accounts tab and are set to be included in the registration page, then they will be added to the list of registration fields.
