    Hi,

    I´m using the “uwp_template_before” -action to display some instructions to new users (from a simple Directory Starter -child theme + geodirectory addon) but I only want for this text to show when no gd_place posts has been published yet. Could you please help me with a conditional statement for this?

    Hi,

    did you check this? https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/5761/display-text-if-current-user-has-written-1-or-more-posts-in-a-custom-post-type

    Just change the post type to gd_place.
