When I click on a user profile the platform times out. Receive error

Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

If this happens with a subscriber/user they won’t do this so I am curious how I might remedy as cookies eliminate user confidence. Insights for how to remedy?

Are you using other plugins to manager user profiles or login/registration?

This is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme.

You can try disabling non-UsersWP plugins one by one to see if the issue persists.
