delete own account

    I maybe just missed it or i cant find it but is there a way for the user to delete there own account without going through the dashboard

    Hi,

    there is no such option, in WordPress only an admin can delete a user.

    Only reason ive asked is ive seen some profile plugins that allow users to delete there own account.

    It is probably feasible, but it’d be a hack. I’ve asked to the developers to check if it is something we may want to add or not.

    Hi Derek,

    If you are talking about the UsersWP core plugin, then it will be available in wp.org soon.

    But if you are in a hurry you can always download the development version from here.

    As for the Roles addon, its not ready for public release yet.

    Hi Derek, New version is already released in wp.org last week. So go to your plugin dashboard and update it.
