I WANTED TO KNOW WHETHER THE SHORTCODES WOULD WORK IN THE EMAIL SUBJECTS AS IN USE THE USERNAME SHORT CODE IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT

Have a look at UsersWP > Notifications for all available shortcodes in emails sent by UsersWP.
They can be used in the subject and the body of the email.
