I wish this could be one of the email notification settings, or a checkbox when leaving a review, that users could be notified by email when another user replies to the user’s review.

Thanks for your post. There isn’t an option that allows you to do that, unfortunately. You can try using this plugin and see if it helps. https://wordpress.org/plugins/comment-reply-email-notification/
