Excerpt of the bio field for the user list item

    Hello Support Team,

    how can I show just an excerpt of the bio field on the user list item? I found just this information: https://userswp.io/support/topic/bio-is-cut-short/ . But I think this will not produce an excerpt for the user list.

    Is there another way to do this since some users have a lot of bio text and others just a little bit and the layout does not look good with all the free spaces on tablet and desktop?

    you can show the bio field with this shortcode:

    

    
[uwp_user_meta key="bio"]

    

    You can use the shortcode builder to create your own shortcode.
