Hello,
attached i send you a screenshot of my registration formular.
The first field i added by myself but i would prefer to change the standard field (2nd) to my needs.

Can i correct the translation through my Account here – and if i do this how long i need to wait until i can use the new translation from wpupdate?

You can translate using the PO files with POEdit.
