    yes, please review the app settings to make sure they are up to date.

    We can only look at the settings on your site, but feel free to make a private reply with WP Admin details and we will be happy to check.

    Thanks, I figured it out.
    I recently switched to a new server and needed to whitelist the IP in the Facebook app settings.

    Glad you got it working

    We love it when folks get their site working with social, but it is very frustrating that we cannot do more to help with the integrations and settings taking place on the third party site.

    Thanks for letting us know, again, it helps to build up the knowledge about each service’s differences in names and settings.
