Fields are not showing up

    Hi userswp Team,

    Using your plugin, and product is nice.
    Once the website moved from local to prod, the fields are not showing up anymore in neither login/register/account pages. everything else is working fine on the site.

    Hi,

    when moving the database, did you use a plugin like “better search and replace” to change URLs on the DB?

    If yes, please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we’ll have a look.

    Hi,

    I found the issue and resolved it. The issue was all the fields have “Is active?” and “Include this field in register form:” fields in form builder unchecked. Which should be checked to display the field in the form. I have checked them and if you want to change the preference then you can do via UsersWP->Form Builder->Account.

    It is strange that these do not migrate with the db from dev. (tables are there but all were ‘null’). Anyhow I know where to look from here.
